XDS GUI (HDF5)

XDSGUI and HDF5 Datasets

For processing HDF5, it can be helpful to configure the neggia or durin libraries (these are generally considered preferable to HDF5 to CBF conversion). This can be done under the "Generic frame library" section of the XDSGUI "Preferences" window.

On MacOS, it's necessary to use a library of the same architecture as the XDS binary you're using (for example, /programs/i386-mac/xds/20230630/lib/dectris-neggia.so for x86_64, /programs/i386-mac/xds/20230630_arm/lib/dectris-neggia.so for ARM64).
