SBGrid provides scientific software for Structural Biology
The SBGrid software collection is composed of scientific software applications used in Structural Biology and related fields. The software is primarily written for Linux and much of it is also available for macOS. We do not support Windows. SBGrid can be run under Windows Subsystem for Linux (WSL). See WSL documentation for more information.
High-Performance Computing resources and clusters
SBGrid can be used on laptops, workstations, and high-performance computing clusters within academic and industry environments.
Curation process
Software is chosen by the SBGrid team based on requests from the user community. We monitor each software title for updates and bug fixes.
Licensing
Much of the software in the SBGrid collection is open source or free for academic use. We also support many titles that require licensing for academic and industry use.
